  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify high-order risks across the development project. Map and manage complex dependencies between hardware lead times and software sprint cycles.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding program health. Translate deep technical complexities into clear, strategic, and actionable business insights.
  • Organizational Multiplier: Scale Carbon’s "Ways of Working" by implementing lean, high-impact frameworks and mentoring TPMs and engineers to improve overall execution velocity.

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a Senior or Staff-level TPM role within a high-growth tech or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Deep expertise in the full product development life cycle for integrated hardware/software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence organizational culture, engineering processes, and strategic decision-making without formal authority.
