Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead Exodigo’s marketing efforts in the U.S. This is a rare opportunity for a true self-starter who thrives in creating something from scratch. You’ll have the autonomy to establish our marketing engine—defining priorities, testing new approaches, and scaling programs with direct impact on sales and leadership goals. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Exodigo’s market position and brand awareness at a critical time for our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Management

  • Develop and manage high-quality marketing materials, including handouts, articles, social media content, newsletters, video scripts, and presentations
  • Ensure content aligns with Exodigo’s brand voice and messaging while optimizing for engagement and lead generation

Consultant & Project Management

  • Collaborate with external designers, videographers, and media coordinators to produce compelling marketing assets
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Public Relations

  • Develop and distribute press releases to amplify Exodigo’s industry presence
  • Identify and track award opportunities, managing the application process to enhance brand recognition
  • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for thought leadership

Conferences & Event Management

  • Lead the company’s conference and event strategy—sourcing opportunities, preparing abstracts, and ensuring smart investment decisions
  • Develop event marketing materials to support lead generation efforts
  • Manage and execute Exodigo-hosted events, including demonstrations, site visits, lunch-and-learns, and webinars

Platform & Brand Management

  • Oversee Exodigo’s digital presence across key platforms, including the company website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Loom, and marketing Slack channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital assets, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Lead website updates, logo development, and visual branding initiatives to enhance user experience and brand impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology, construction, energy, or transportation industries
  • Strong content creation skills with experience in writing, editing, and multimedia storytelling
  • Proven experience managing PR initiatives, including press release writing and media relations
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events and managing conference strategy
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, and social media platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills
