Job description
In this role, you will have a dual impact: leading end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions in Israel, while playing a key role in our US operations as a Coordinator—supporting high-level screening and interview scheduling for our leading recruiters in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment (Israel): Manage the full hiring cycle for various non-technical roles (Operations, Business, etc.), from kickoff meetings with hiring managers to contract negotiations.
- US Recruiting Support: Act as a Recruiting Coordinator for our US-based roles, including CV screening and managing complex interview schedules for our US team.
- Conduct deep sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a strong, steady pipeline of top-tier talent.
- Ensure a professional, seamless, and positive candidate journey for both local and international applicants.
- Work closely with hiring managers to provide insights and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer from a Recruitment Agency – A Must.
- Native or Fluent English (written and verbal) – A Must. You will be communicating daily with US-based managers and candidates.
- A strong natural affinity for technology and the ability to quickly master complex tools and platforms.
- No previous In-House experience is required—this is your entry-level opportunity to grow within a Startup HR team.
