Job description
We are looking for Rollout and Acceptance Testing Team Lead, that will lead the transition of a product from design/testing approval into operational use in the field. The role is responsible for making sure the product is not only aligned with development requirements, but is also clear, usable, trainable and ready to be implemented in Operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own the Acceptance Test for products, versions or HW products that are ready to move from the testing phase into operational acceptance.
- Plan and execute the Acceptance Test together with the team members and Operations representatives when needed.
- Make sure the product fits the OPS flow, is clear for field users and does not create operational blockers.
- Raise gaps clearly, include a recommendation for next steps, and stop the process when blockers exist.
- Lead the writing and updating of the SOP / guidebook together with the team members and relevant professional stakeholders.
- Make sure Acceptance Test conclusions are reflected in the SOP, guidebook and training materials.
- Work with L&D as a service interface for building materials, training and standardization.
- Lead SOP Approval and make sure the materials are ready before rollout.
- Lead a controlled rollout to OPS IL, collect feedback, update materials and close gaps before Deployment Approval.
- Lead the broad rollout to OPS IL and OPS US after Deployment Approval, including planning, coordination and execution.
- Maintain a direct connection to the field and identify improvements in the process, the product and the training based on real usage.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of managerial experience leading a team.
- Experience in field-based operational roles.
- High level of English proficiency and experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to train, mentor, and lead change initiatives.
