Job description

The position is part of the Rollout and Acceptance Testing team, responsible for supporting the transition of new products, versions, and hardware components from development and testing into operational field use.

The role includes preparing testing and operational documentation, conducting acceptance tests, developing work procedures and training materials, and supporting the controlled implementation of new products and technologies together with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, leading, and executing Acceptance Tests for products, software versions, or hardware components ready for operational acceptance.
  • Evaluating product suitability for operational work, field usability, process clarity, and identifying operational bottlenecks.
  • Documenting test results, identified gaps, severity levels, corrective recommendations, and readiness status for next steps.
  • Working closely with the Team Lead, operations representatives, and cross-functional departments to gather knowledge, understand usage scenarios, and extract field insights.
  • Taking responsibility for writing, updating, and improving work instructions and training materials for operational teams.
  • Ensuring findings from Acceptance Testing and field feedback are integrated into work procedures and training materials.
  • Leading the initial deployment process for OPS IL teams, collecting gaps/feedback, and assisting in resolving them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting scaled deployment for OPS IL and OPS US following official approval, including coordination, training, follow-up testing, and gap resolution.
  • Maintaining continuous field engagement to identify opportunities for improving products, workflows, and training based on real-world usage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field operations – a must.
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Hebrew for documentation, training, and operational guides – a must.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  • Strong affinity for technology and innovation.
  • Previous experience delivering training sessions, developing training materials, building methodologies, and evaluating process parameters – a significant advantage.
  • Experience in technological development, combined with knowledge of electronics and basic physics – an advantage.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
