Job description

We are looking for a capable and versatile Executive Assistant to become a trusted right hand to the CEO. This role is suited to someone who learns quickly, handles changing priorities confidently, and enjoys taking responsibility for a wide range of professional and personal matters.

This is a full-time, hybrid position combining remote and office-based work, with working hours generally spanning from noon to evening and occasional flexibility outside these hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, meetings, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate professional and personal arrangements, including travel, reservations, and logistics.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Summarize meetings, identify key action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate and follow up with employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Track tasks and action items, ensuring they are completed on schedule.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take ownership of changing tasks and projects.
  • Handle sensitive professional and personal information with complete discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience managing schedules, logistics, projects, operations, or multiple stakeholders in a demanding environment.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
  • Calm and effective in fast-paced or changing situations.
  • Proactive, independent, and willing to take on new and unfamiliar tasks.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Flexible and available to work primarily from noon into the evening.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital productivity tools.
