Guild is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager, Learning Partners to lead a team overseeing the scoping and design of end-to-end Learning Partner implementations that achieve best-in-class outcomes for Members, Learning Partners, and Guild. With vital project and change management expertise, a track record of implementing process and system enhancements, and adeptness in orchestrating cross-functional efforts, this role ensures that Learning Partner engagements alignment with marketplace guidance and best practices while streamlining and transforming critical internal and external workflows. As a people manager, you will lead a high performing team by managing workforce planning, recruiting, on-boarding, on-going training, performance management and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate new processes or workflows into Learning Partner implementation frameworks

  • Oversee an implementation team responsible for scoping and designing Learning Partner implementations, optimizing for Learning Partner and Member experiences while ensuring the successful execution of critical benefit administration workflows.

  • Design, recommend, and execute on process innovations that drive key business outcomes toward more scalable implementations and/or error reductions.

  • Serve as first point of escalation of implementation issues or concerns, supporting the team in identifying on-menu solutions and/or escalating complex issues to cross-functional leadership for strategic decision-making.

  • Support cross-functional issue or solution exploration as an internal subject matter expert on end-to-end Learning Partner concepts such as data exchange, member experience, process optimization, etc.

  • Manage a high-performing, engaged team, including leading on workforce management, recruiting, on-boarding, on-going training, performance management and career development.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inquisition, and continuous process improvement within the team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in implementation management, operations, program management, or similar functions.

  • 1+ year of people management experience, including responsibility for hiring, performance management, and career development.

  • Experience leading external or member-facing teams that engage with partners, clients, or customers on technical and operational initiatives.

  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations or large-scale process rollouts that involve multiple stakeholders and systems.

  • Background in higher education, workforce development, or edtech (preferred), with understanding of learning ecosystem design, partner integration, or education benefit administration.

  • Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, engineering, and external partners.

  • Experience implementing process or system enhancements that improve scalability, efficiency, or accuracy in complex workflows.

  • Strong project management expertise, including scoping, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and change management.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $138,000 - $168,400 and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
