Guild is hiring a Commercial Enablement Manager to enable our Employer Partner Services (Account Management) team. Our Account Managers are a commercially focused position accountable for managing Guild’s largest strategic partners. The Account Management team owns the overall health and performance of our clients and is directly responsible for renewals, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will be a critical partner to the Employer Partner Services team, work cross-functionally to build and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, and measure the impact of those programs.
As the Commercial Enablement Manager, this role requires a high level of strategic thinking, prioritization, program management and design expertise, and the ability to collaborate with many cross-functional teams across the organization. This role will require:
- Serving as a strategic thought partner to Employer Partner Services team leaders to shape the knowledge and skill training and development strategy.
- Demonstrate an understanding of technical knowledge and account management skills, including the ability to equip teams with technical expertise, knowledge and skills to support clients' needs, manage escalations, and drive renewals and expansions.
- Assess knowledge gaps, prioritize programs, and measure impact to act as a strategic partner to the Employer Partner Services team.
- Partner with Enablement & cross-functional teams (product, product marketing, employer analytics, and other technical teams) to build and implement global training programs and resources.
- Designing relevant and effective enablement approaches for various roles and experience levels within the team by identifying the near-term and long-term competencies, skills, and behaviors essential to success.
- Delivering a comprehensive training and coaching plan for teams in alignment with the identified skills and competencies.
- Build and maintain knowledge resources for on-demand access and use within our Content Management System (i.e., Highspot)
- Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring deadlines, objectives, and team needs are met.
- Facilitating training on skills and behaviors that are essential to the job
- Contributing to the growth of the Partnerships Enablement function and executing other special projects as needed.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have some or all of the following:
- 5+ years of enablement experience, technical account management or customer success experience
- Experience working in enablement is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction and execution of multiple initiatives
- Experience working in a heavily cross-functional environment with senior leadership
- Proven track record of prioritizing initiatives in a highly nuanced GTM motion and fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on developing scalable programs
- Strong communication, facilitation, and content development skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and evolve within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $110,000-$130,000 PLUS variable (bonus) compensation eligibility and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
