We are seeking a People Solutions Coordinator to join our growing team in EMEA! The People Solutions Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our employees when they have People & Payroll related questions. They provide high-quality front-line customer service support to employees, managers, and the People team by serving as a key resource. The Coordinator is expected to be well versed in our People data management system (Workday) and other tools to perform transactional activities across various People programs and processes.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in Italy to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as Tier 1 People Solutions support, independently resolving a broad range of inquiries across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy interpretation, payroll, and offboarding, escalating more complex cases as needed.

  • Lead new hire orientation (NHO) and onboarding for employees, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience while identifying opportunities to improve onboarding materials and processes.

  • Act as a knowledgeable liaison between employees, managers, and specialized People teams (Total Rewards, Payroll, HRBP), providing clear guidance, context, and follow-through to drive resolution.

  • Apply company policies, local labor requirements, and standard operating procedures to resolve non-routine issues, using sound judgment and attention to detail.

  • Execute and audit People data management transactions in Workday, including data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and document management, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company standards, data privacy requirements, and local labor laws.

  • Support payroll preparation activities by compiling, validating, and submitting inputs, proactively identifying discrepancies or risks.

  • Monitor service levels and response times, meeting defined SLAs

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying recurring issues, gaps in documentation, or process inefficiencies, and proposing enhancements to workflows or employee-facing resources.

About You:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources or People Solutions experience, ideally within a multi-country EMEA environment

  • Fluent verbal and written English & Italian language skills are required (French is a plus).

  • Working knowledge of European labor laws and HR operational practices, with the ability to apply guidance appropriately to different scenarios.

  • Strong customer orientation with demonstrated ability to resolve a variety of employee issues independently and deliver a professional, empathetic employee experience.

  • Exercises sound judgment, ownership, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to prioritize work, manage competing requests, and operate with minimal day-to-day supervision.

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clearly explaining policies and processes to employees and managers.
