Lime is seeking a part time temporary contractor to provide support to our Total Rewards team. This engagement requires frequent engagement with internal stakeholders to provide hands-on support across compensation program administration, process improvement, and tool optimization.
Contract Duration: This is a remote, part-time (20/hrs week) project-based contract assignment with an estimated duration of up to three (3) months. The contractor will be expected to reside within the United States and will assist with work across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
What You'll Do:
Support the review and refinement of global compensation programs, including salary structures, leveling frameworks, and related initiatives
Conduct equity benchmarking analyses and assist with updates to global equity grant ranges to help maintain external competitiveness and internal alignment
Design and maintain salary bands on an ad hoc and cyclical basis, grounded in current market data
Build and streamline compensation processes and tools that enable efficient, data-driven decision-making across the organization
Monitor industry trends and best practices, translating insights into actionable compensation strategies and recommendations
Manage job architecture by aligning roles with appropriate levels and organizational structures, ensuring consistency and scalability
Partner closely with HRIS to maintain data integrity across all compensation processes and systems
About you:
5+ years of broad-based compensation experience, with demonstrated expertise across program administration, benchmarking, and job architecture
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to build and maintain complex compensation models
Deep knowledge of survey methodology and market benchmarking, with particular strength in equity compensation; experience with Radford (now Willis Towers Watson) surveys strongly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, paired with strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage and advise stakeholders at all levels with clarity, confidence, and a high degree of responsiveness
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience:
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation and custom tooling
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and methodologies into compensation processes, driving greater efficiency and analytical depth
Strong working knowledge of equity compensation vehicles, including stock options and RSUs
Familiarity with HRIS platforms, with Workday experience strongly preferred
