About the role:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships, driving product adoption, and finding ways for customers to derive maximum value from Nightfall’s platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment and be on the frontlines of the data security industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience and excited to work closely with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic customer engagement.

  • Manage customer success and ensure customers realize the full value of the Nightfall platform.

  • Develop and deliver tailored roadmaps to help customers reach their business goals.

  • Drive product adoption, facilitate onboarding, and maintain high levels of customer happiness.

  • Collaborate with Product and Account Management teams to drive expansion opportunities and successfully manage renewals.

  • Engage with business leaders to identify upsell opportunities for expanding Nightfall’s impact within customer organizations.

  • Communicate customer enhancement requests and product feedback to engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Become an expert in Nightfall’s platform while staying current on industry trends in data security.

  • Find novel ways to leverage AI to streamline day to day customer success tasks

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, account management, or sales roles, especially within enterprise SaaS security startups.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational abilities.

  • Proven track record prioritizing customer experience, happiness, and long-term retention.

  • Ability to understand customer business objectives, anticipate needs, and offer creative solutions.

  • Demonstrated team player with integrity, flexibility, and a passion for supporting colleagues in a scaling environment.

  • Experience developing relationships and optimizing enterprise customer accounts for growth.

  • Strong business acumen and interest in emerging machine learning and information security trends.

  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Resourceful and proactive in solving problems and finding information.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for in-person customer meetings.

  • Must be based in the Pacific Time zone.
