About the Role

Platform Science is seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead our Workforce Compliance (SOLID) initiatives in France. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers, bridging the gap between sales and long-term customer success. Your mission is to translate complex user needs into viable solution architectures, manage the rollout of our compliance products, and act as the "Voice of the Customer" for our international Product and Engineering teams.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales: Partner with Sales Managers to analyze prospect needs and present technical architectures that ensure long-term adoption and minimal technical debt.

  • Implementation & Rollout: Lead the onboarding of Key Accounts, handling training workshops for IT teams and Power Users, and managing specific adjustments to the SOLID solution.

  • Training & Self-Service: Create reusable training assets (video snippets, FAQ guides, query libraries) to decrease support tickets and empower customer autonomy.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a high-level filter for the Engineering team by resolving implementation hurdles through independent data querying (API/Database validation).

  • Strategic Feedback: Translate field requirements into actionable technical specifications for future product updates, ensuring our "Workforce Compliance" roadmap meets market demands.


Experience & Skills

  • Technical Background: Strong IT background covering diverse systems and architectures. Proven ability to simplify complex concepts (APIs, Databases) for non-technical audiences.

  • Data Proficiency: Experience in data querying to extract and analyze information for troubleshooting, reporting, and system integration.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in truck/bus driving regulations or transport-related payroll management is a significant advantage.

  • Communication: Exceptional diplomatic and communication skills. Full professional proficiency in French and English is required.

  • Traits: Stress-resistant, independent, and eager to learn while complying with established internal processes.
