About the Role
As a Planning Officer, you are the vital link between our customers and our installation network. Your mission is to ensure that our technology is deployed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for the end-to-end scheduling and follow-up of product installations, retrofits, and technical interventions across the region.
This role requires a mix of administrative precision and high-level communication skills to manage the expectations of both our professional installers and our B2B clients.
Essential Responsibilities

Coordination & Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact to plan and monitor installation and maintenance appointments, ensuring optimized routes and timely deployments.

Invoice Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of invoices received from our external installation partners, ensuring they align with completed work orders.

Administration & Billing: Handle the administrative follow-up and invoicing for interventions. You will manage the flow of communication between the customer and the installer from start to finish.

Regional Team Support: Act as a reliable backup for colleagues covering other regions to ensure continuous service levels across the business.

Data Management: Utilize Salesforce to track appointment status, update customer records, and maintain the integrity of our installation data.
Experience & Qualifications

Soft Skills: You are a team player who can also work independently. You are highly organized, resilient under pressure, and possess a flexible mindset.

Languages: Professional fluency in French (speaking and writing) is mandatory, combined with a good working knowledge of English.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in general office tools. Knowledge of Salesforce is a significant plus.

Industry Affinity: Prior experience or a strong interest in the transport and logistics sector is highly valued.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent through experience).

Salary : 42000 gross/year
