  • Define and deliver features from start to finish with guidance, including bug fixes, enhancements, and compliance updates.

  • Conduct customer research, analyze usage patterns, and prioritize features that improve communication workflows.

  • Partner with engineering to scope and manage email-related API integrations, monitoring for reliability and performance.

  • Track compliance with CAN-SPAM and other email regulations, collaborating with legal and operations to ensure readiness.

  • Firm understanding of email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, ARC, etc), IP and Domain reputation, bounce categorization, etc

  • Write clear user stories and requirements that support squad-level planning and execution.

  • Support release activities including documentation, training, and internal enablement.

  • Analyze product metrics (e.g., delivery rates, engagement) to inform decisions and improve user outcomes.

  • Actively seek feedback and reviews from senior level product managers to accelerate learning and reduce repeated mistakes.

What you'll bring:

  • 2–4 years of product management, technical, or related experience; or Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SaaS platforms; experience with messaging or email infrastructure a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.

  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills; able to build relationships across teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into product improvements.

  • Clear communicator who can adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
