As an Event Sales Representative (ESR), you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, connecting with potential customers both virtually and in-person at key industry events. What you'll do:
Your focus will be on pipeline generation through strategic in-person engagement and outbound prospecting within key industry verticals.

  • Strategic Prospecting: Cultivate and maintain a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline through high-volume, strategic outbound efforts tailored to event attendees and partners.

  • Relationship Building: Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers to discover unmet needs and demonstrate how ServiceTitan delivers extraordinary value.

  • Event Ownership & Travel: Travel to and fully manage event operations including Trade Shows, Dealer Meetings, and Industry events. This includes scheduling online Product Demonstrations, networking, and building your book of business with attendees (which can include spending time with prospects after show hours, initiating and attending dinners, etc).

  • In-Person Engagement: Physically travel and visit customers and potential prospects and businesses as needed.

  • Collaboration: Own cross-functional collaboration with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans and coordinate demonstrations.

  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales opportunities and meeting set goals.

  • Market Expertise: Maintain knowledge of the ST Product, the home services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends.

  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log in Salesforce.

What you'll bring:
This role requires proven sales skills, exceptional in-person charisma, and a strong comfort level with extensive travel.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

  • Outbound Skills: 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required.

  • Travel Requirement: Proven ability to travel 40% of the time.

  • Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor both on the phone and in person.

  • Resilience: The ability to handle objections and articulate the value proposition with any level of detail or brevity.

  • Mindset: Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a strong team player.

  • Adaptability: Resourceful and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Hybrid Schedule: Our policy states that if you are within ~40 miles of a Hub office, you will be required to go to the office 1-2 days a week.

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected hourly rate for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $29.33 USD - $31.25 USD, and this position is commission-eligible. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
