Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan isn’t just building software; we’re building the future for the modern tradesperson. We serve the HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and more who are the backbone of our infrastructure—the forward-thinking entrepreneurs who embrace automation to scale their legacy.

We are seeking a remote Video Editor who understands the grit of the blue-collar world and the polish of high-end tech. You aren't just cutting clips; you’re a storyteller who can take raw footage of a job site and turn it into a high-octane narrative that inspires hard-working professionals.

Reporting to the Creative Manager of Video & Post-Production, the Video Editor will be an addition to our growing creative team. The Video Editor will sit alongside other in-house Video Editors, Motion Graphics Animators, Producers, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers.

This role requires a sophisticated balance of narrative storytelling and technical precision. The ideal candidate is an expert in modern post-production workflows—specifically proxy-based remote collaboration—and is expected to integrate emerging AI technologies into the editing process to maximize efficiency and output quality.

What you'll do:

  • Full-Cycle Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute short-form testimonial narratives, product teasers, and brand awareness campaigns from inception to final delivery.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex SaaS value propositions into compelling visuals that resonate with high-growth business owners in the service industry.

  • Workflow Optimization: Navigate advanced remote workflows, including meticulous caching, proxy management, and asset organization within a shared media environment.

  • Technical Execution: Deliver professional-grade kinetic text, motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing for all corporate and promotional assets.

  • AI Integration: Implement AI-driven audio and video tools to enhance production value and streamline editing cycles.

  • Brand Stewardship: Adhere strictly to established corporate style guides while providing creative input to evolve the brand’s visual identity.

What you'll bring:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional post-production experience in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Primary Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Google Workspace is required.

  • Secondary Software: Knowledge of Asana, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, and Shutter Encoder are a bonus.

  • Remote Competency: Proven track record of operating independently within a remote team, maintaining high levels of communication and project organization.

  • Asset Management: Ability to navigate a comprehensive internal media library, maintaining a mental database of available footage for rapid retrieval and repurposing.

Professional Competencies

  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven marketing environment characterized by simultaneous project tracks.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and present creative strategies and/or technical requirements to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to precision in all aspects of post-production, from frame-accurate cutting to metadata management.

Operational Details

  • Work Arrangement: Remote

  • Language: English

  • Schedule: Standard business hours based on the candidate’s local time zone. Occasional flexibility may be required for global team alignment.

  • Travel: Approximately 10% travel for corporate summits, conferences, or on-site production support.

Consideration

  • Resume: Submit a resume detailing relevant experience

  • Reel: Include a demo reel of work including examples of short-form testimonials and any motion graphics. Software screens are a plus.
