ServiceTitan is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Brand and Creative team. In this role you will concept, design, and deliver compelling visual assets across digital and print channels, ranging from brand campaigns and social content to sales enablement materials and event collateral. You will collaborate closely with partners across the organizations to translate business objectives into polished creative work.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, Design, the Graphic Designer must be able to acclimate to a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm and deadlines come fast. Above all, the successful candidate must have a passion for design, a willingness to learn, and a knack for transforming complex concepts into compelling visual assets that resonate with ServiceTitan’s core audience.

What you’ll do:
Work closely with Creative Directors, ACDs, Creative Managers, Designers, Copywriters and Video Editors to create dynamic, compelling content in support of ServiceTitan’s marketing efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company on key marketing initiatives
Design across the full channel mix: web pages, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising, event/tradeshow materials, print collateral, presentations, and branded merchandise
Develop concepts from brief through final production, presenting work and incorporating stakeholder feedback at every stage
Help maintain and extend ServiceTitan’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Integrate AI-powered tools into ideation and production workflows to accelerate concept exploration and asset generation
Leverage AI features embedded in core design software—Figma AI, for example—to streamline repetitive tasks such as background removal, image upscaling, and layout suggestions
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively share learnings, best practices, and prompt-engineering techniques with the broader creative team
Apply critical judgment to AI-generated outputs, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, legal guidelines, and quality expectations
Provide constructive feedback to colleagues during creative reviews
Manage multiple concurrent projects using ServiceTitan’s project-management tools (e.g., Asana), meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proposing new workflows, tools, and process optimizations
What you’ll bring:
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or equivalent freelance portfolio
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Demonstrated ability to design for a broad range of channels: web, email, social, digital advertising, print, presentations, and event/tradeshow materials
Strong command of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
Ability to receive, interpret, and apply creative feedback constructively—and to articulate thoughtful feedback to peers
A portfolio that showcases versatility, attention to detail, and strong conceptual thinking
Hands-on experience with, or demonstrated eagerness to learn, generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Claude) for design ideation and production
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-sector marketing
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and prototyping
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for web asset handoff
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Photography and advanced photo-retouching skills

Compensation Disclosure:
ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $65,300 CAD - $97,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
