What you’ll do:
Execute High-Quality Onboarding & Everboarding Programs
● Deliver and continuously improve new hire onboarding sessions and certification programs.
● Support structured everboarding initiatives that reinforce product knowledge, workflows, and soft skills post-ramp.
● Facilitate live sessions, workshops, and office hours that strengthen real-world application of skills.
● Ensure high certification pass rates and readiness standards are maintained.
Operationalize Strategic Enablement Initiatives
● Partner with Enablement Managers to execute high-priority initiatives, including GTM rollouts and behavior-change programs.
● Build and maintain playbooks, documentation, LMS learning paths, and enablement assets.
● Support rollout logistics, stakeholder communication, and adoption tracking.
Drive Reinforcement & Adoption
● Monitor training completion, certification outcomes, and QA metrics.
● Reinforce behavior change through follow-ups, skill refreshers, and targeted coaching sessions.
● Identify knowledge gaps surfaced through frontline interactions and escalate insights to Enablement Managers.
Own Enablement Operations & Content Hygiene
● Maintain LMS and documentation quality (Confluence, Lessonly, etc.).
● Ensure content remains current, structured, and aligned to evolving processes and product updates.
● Leverage AI tools including Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Articulate, Confluence, Google Workspace, CRM, and LMS platforms, to build scalable content, automate workflows, and measure program effectiveness.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement
● Surface insights and trends from onboarding and everboarding programs.
● Suggest enhancements to learning design, engagement methods, and measurement practices.
● Support the evolution from reactive to more proactive enablement execution.
What you’ll bring:
● 1–3 years experience in Enablement, Training, CS, Sales, or related SaaS role
● Strong facilitation and communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines with high quality
● Comfort leveraging CRM, LMS, and enablement technologies (including AI tools)
● Foundational understanding of adult learning principles
● Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
● Deep product and workflow knowledge for the function you support"
