We are seeking an Engagement Manager who will lead the delivery of BI and analytics projects for enterprise customers. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on BI experience who has transitioned into project management, and who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and customer success. As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business impact through ThoughtSpot BI solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of BI/analytics projects for enterprise customers, ensuring high quality, on-time execution, and business value realization.

  • Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle from kickoff to deployment.

  • Collaborate with customers to define project scope, success metrics, and governance processes.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering and solution architects to execute projects.

  • Leverage your BI background to guide technical conversations and solution decisions.

  • Help customers understand the range of services and engagement options we offer, and address related questions during the pre-sales cycle.

  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project issues to keep engagements on track.

  • Drive change management, training, and enablement to ensure strong customer adoption of BI solutions.

  • Contribute to best practices, templates, and methodologies for BI/analytics project delivery.

What you bring:

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik etc

  • Proven experience managing BI/analytics projects in a customer-facing capacity, ideally in enterprise environments.

  • Decent understanding of data modeling, visualization, and BI solution design — with ability to bridge technical and business conversations.

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executives as well as technical teams.

  • Background as a BI developer/analyst before moving into project or engagement management is desirable.

  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required.
