We are seeking a senior-level Finance Analytics Manager to join our Strategic Finance team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an assertive, technically skilled professional who can create analytical solutions from scratch and provide thought leadership in reporting and data management across the Finance & Strategy organization. As a key member of a small company, you will be expected to take end-to-end ownership of the analytics process, working through details, validating numbers, and delivering accurate, actionable insights, while also advising on data strategy and process improvements. You will partner closely with the Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to understand business processes and data flows, creating and maintaining analysis-ready datasets. The ideal candidate excels in an environment where they are responsible for both granular data tasks and developing a comprehensive analytics strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct advanced data analysis and scenario modeling to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic planning.

  • Design, build, and maintain robust liveboards and reports (e.g., ACV, ARR, ATR, churn, revenue, top customers) to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare and optimize financial and operational data by validating, cleansing, and transforming it into datasets ready for analysis.

  • Proactively identify data issues and partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align metrics, definitions, and reporting standards.

  • Streamlined data and reporting processes by automating workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business data analysis, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Strong understanding of financial and SaaS metrics (ACV, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to create analytics solutions from scratch and drive process improvements.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Assertive, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
