About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional field marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design high-impact programs that engage target accounts, accelerate the sales cycle, and build ThoughtSpot’s presence in key markets. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals.
Plan, manage, and host regional events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers.
Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in specific territories.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and integrate account-specific campaigns into regional planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners.
Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform future marketing strategies and product positioning.
Program Measurement and Reporting
Monitor the performance of field campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates.
Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
What you will bring
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing
Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense.
Experience in the data analytics or enterprise technology industry.
A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
In California, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,000 – $160,00 per year.
Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in US - Mountain View.Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.
