About the role

We are looking for an early-career Member of Technical Staff (MTS 3) who is excited to work across the full stack, building intuitive user experiences, scalable backend services, and cloud-native applications.

This is a general software engineering role, ideal for engineers with 1 to 2 years of professional experience who enjoy solving technical problems, shipping high-quality code, and collaborating with product and design teams to build customer-facing features at scale.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications across frontend and backend services.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Build scalable backend APIs, services, and data processing components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on quality and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Learn and contribute to cloud-native development, deployment, and monitoring of applications.

What you'll bring

• 1 to 2 years of software engineering experience building full stack applications.
• Strong programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages such as Java.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of backend development concepts including REST APIs, databases, and microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with basic knowledge of containers or cloud deployment concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong learning mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and observability tools.
• Contributions to personal projects, internships, or open-source software are a plus.
