About the role

We are looking for an early-career Member of Technical Staff (MTS 3) who is excited to work across the full stack, building intuitive user experiences, scalable backend services, and cloud-native applications.
This is a general software engineering role, ideal for engineers with 1 to 2 years of professional experience who enjoy solving technical problems, shipping high-quality code, and collaborating with product and design teams to build customer-facing features at scale.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications across frontend and backend services.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Build scalable backend APIs, services, and data processing components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on quality and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Learn and contribute to cloud-native development, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
What you'll bring
- 1 to 2 years of software engineering experience building full stack applications.
- Strong programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages such as Java.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of backend development concepts including REST APIs, databases, and microservices.
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with basic knowledge of containers or cloud deployment concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong learning mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and observability tools.
- Contributions to personal projects, internships, or open-source software are a plus.
