This is a great fit if you are detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and want real exposure to how HR Ops works at a Gartner Magic Quadrant-recognised tech company.

  • Send and track completion of new hire documentation: offer letter acknowledgement, policy sign-offs, tax forms
  • Coordinate IT provisioning requests for new hires: laptop, system access, tools
  • Set up and administer new hire orientation sessions including scheduling and logistics
  • Prepare region-wise new hire checklists, add them to onboarding SOPs, and keep them updated
  • Track Day 1 readiness checklist for all incoming hires and flag exceptions

  • Maintain the new hire tracker and update status fields weekly

2 · Offboarding & Exit Administration

  • Initiate offboarding workflows in Rippling on receipt of termination confirmation
  • Send exit documentation packages to departing employees
  • Track return of company assets: laptop, ID card, access cards
  • Track completion of offboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding items
  • Update employee status in Rippling post last working day
  • Prepare region-wise employee-facing offboarding checklists, link them to existing SOPs, and keep them updated

3 · Employee Data & HR Transactions

  • Process employee data change requests in Rippling: manager changes, title changes, department transfers, location updates
  • Generate and send standard employment letters: verification of employment, compensation letters, experience letters
  • Process probation confirmation updates in Rippling for non-US employees
  • Update employee records following approval of lifecycle changes
  • Maintain the HR transactions tracker and update status on each request
  • Follow up on pending approvals and incomplete data change requests

4 · Compliance & Audit Support

  • Run regular audits of new hire task completion and flag non-compliance
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers for onboarding and offboarding
  • Run a monthly audit to ensure 100% completion and acknowledgement of all mandatory HR policy sign-offs and compliance requirements across all regions
  • Maintain audit logs and ensure documentation is filed and accessible

5 · Benefits Operations

  • Manage additions and deletions of employee benefits data
  • Handle first-level employee benefits queries and escalate where needed
  • Follow up with new joiners to ensure completion of benefits enrolment
  • Ensure completion of nominations by new joiners
  • Coordinate with insurers and brokers on employee queries and follow up through to resolution
  • Guide employees through the GMC and OPD claims process and assist with claim rejections
  • Manage documentation and system updates for Maternity Leave and Paternity Leave in India

6 · Ticketing & Employee Support
