What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence framework and deliver regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Create competitive battlecards, sales playbooks, and training materials to empower the sales team with effective counter-strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather on-the-ground competitive insights and integrate findings into broader market analysis.
  • Lead competitive marketing campaigns, highlighting our strengths and differentiators in direct comparison to competitors.
  • Work closely with Product Management to influence the product roadmap based on competitive gaps and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales patterns, customer feedback, and market trends to identify new sales enablement opportunities.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of competitive strategies and adjust tactics in real-time to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning with product marketing and sales teams, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest competitive insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product marketing or competitive intelligence, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams and developing impactful sales customer-facing assets and materials.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving insights from data.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior management.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics and organizational priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement software, as well as competitive intelligence tools.
